THE INSTALL · 14 DAYS

Five milestones.

Fourteen calendar days, run in parallel. You're only on calls for the moments where your judgment matters — the rest runs in the background while you keep doing your job.

    KICKOFF
    Days 1–2

    Scope, access, ICP brief

90-min kickoff: ICP, prior outbound, what good looks like. We pull access — domains, DNS, Slack, your enrichment + LLM accounts.

    Days 3–5

    Sender domains warming, inboxes provisioned

DAY 14 · WHAT'S IN YOUR ACCOUNT

What you actually own.

Concrete handoff list. Every item below lives in your accounts, on your domains, in your repo. We don't keep copies.
INFRASTRUCTURE
  • 5–20 warmed sender mailboxes (your accounts, your domains)
  • DKIM / SPF / DMARC validated on every sender domain
  • Custom tracking domain wired through your DNS
  • Email Bison + Unipile keys live in your settings
AGENTS
  • ICP + Copywriter + Reply + Lead-list agents trained on your wins
  • Voice samples + tone calibration uploaded as training data
  • First 500 of your leads enriched + loaded into the sequencer
  • 3 angle hypotheses signed off by your team
OPERATIONS
  • Operator dashboard (campaigns, inbox, settings, audit log)
  • #replyarc Slack channel mirrored to the inbox
  • Bi-directional CRM sync (HubSpot / SF / Attio / GHL or webhook)
  • 60-minute operator walkthrough recorded for re-watch
OWNERSHIP
  • GitHub repo in your org. Your code, your fork, your branch.
  • Postgres DB in your cloud (Render / Supabase / etc.)
  • All prospect data exportable as CSV at any time
  • Zero kill-switch. If we vanish, the system runs.
AFTER INSTALL · 6 MONTHS

Six months in Slack.

The install fee covers the build and six months of always-on support. No SOWs, no per-incident billing — your operator and our team in the same channel for the whole window. By month seven, your operator runs it alone.
ALWAYS-ON
Slack channel

Drop a question, share a campaign, screenshot a weird inbox response. Replies in under 24h.

BI-WEEKLY
Office hours

30-min sync. Show us what's working, what isn't. We share what we're seeing across the cohort.

ON-CALL
System fixes

Sequencer hiccup. Deliverability dip. Agent producing weird output. We fix it. No SOW required.

QUARTERLY
Campaign counsel

Angles plateau. ICP shifts. New offer. We advise on the reset, you make the call.

FAQ

Common questions.

What exactly do you install?
Four trained agents (ICP, copywriter, reply, lead-list builder), a built-in sequencer, and an operator dashboard. All inside your stack — your domains, your inboxes, your DB. We also wire up deliverability, Slack triage, and the bi-directional inbox.
What do I have to pay for outside of you?
Sending infrastructure (Mailreef-class), enrichment (Apollo / Clay), and any LLM keys (OpenAI / Anthropic) you want the agents to use. You hold all of those accounts directly — we don't mark them up.
Why cold email only?
Because it's the channel where infrastructure ownership matters most and where our pattern library is deepest. We build, ship, and support cold email — full stop. A system that does one channel cleanly beats a system that does three messily.
What does the 6 months of support cover?
An always-on Slack channel for system fixes, copy reviews, deliverability triage, and campaign counsel. Bi-weekly office hours. We're your second-line engineer for the whole window — no SOWs, no per-incident billing.
Who runs it after handoff?
A part-time operator on your team. Could be a marketer, a junior SDR, or a founder who wants a few hours a week of pipeline ownership. The dashboard is built for them — not for engineers.
What happens after month 6?
You own it outright. No retainer continues. If you want us back for a refresh, an angle reset, or a CRM connector install, that's a separate fixed-fee engagement.
20 MIN · NO PITCH

Book the call.

Twenty minutes. We'll tell you, honestly, whether an install is the right call right now — or whether you should keep renting an agency for another quarter.
