Four agents. One sequencer.

Each agent does one thing exceptionally well, trained on years of outbound that converted. The sequencer wraps them. The dashboard ships them. Your operator drives — all inside your stack on day 14.

Interesting — we're actually mid-RFP on consolidation. Do you have a deck or a few customer stories I could share with the team?

THE AGENTS · 4 TRAINED MODELS

Inside each agent.

What each one does, what it's trained on, and what your operator controls.
AGENT 01 · ICP

ICP & Angle Agent

Picks the accounts and the angles that have actually replied across our 150+ campaign corpus. Stops you from chasing the segments your gut says are good but the data says are dead.

Trained on
150+ historical campaigns, 4 verticals deep
Inputs
Your offer · prior wins · CRM signal
Outputs
Ranked account list · 3 angle hypotheses
You control
You approve every batch before it scores the list.
AGENT 02 · COPY

Copywriter Agent

Writes hooks, follow-ups, and break-up emails in your voice. Pulls from a library of patterns scored by reply-rate, not by how clever they sound.

Trained on
10k+ scored emails, weighted by what worked
Inputs
Your tone samples · ICP brief · prior threads
Outputs
3-touch sequences · variant tests
You control
Every line redlinable. Edits feed back as training.
AGENT 03 · REPLY

Reply Agent

Drafts every response in Slack. Classifies positive / nurture / hot lead. Your operator ships in two clicks instead of writing from scratch.

Trained on
10k+ outbound replies + your own history
Inputs
Inbound thread · prospect context · prior chain
Outputs
Slack draft · classification · suggested next step
You control
Send / Edit / Regen — never auto-sends.
AGENT 04 · LISTS

Lead-List Builder

Takes the leads you bring — CSV upload or managed intake — and enriches them through your Apollo, Clay, or Prospeo keys. Dedupes, scores, and drops the cleaned list into the sequencer. It does not source net-new leads.

Trained on
Connector logic for 6 enrichment APIs
Inputs
Your leads (CSV / managed) · enrichment keys · ICP filter
Outputs
Enriched list · score · suppressions applied
You control
Pause / resume / re-run enrichment on demand.
Network infrastructure — the wires the install runs on
SEQUENCER · NATIVE

Cadence, native.

No Smartlead login. No Instantly seat. The cadence engine runs natively in your dashboard — fewer tools, fewer integrations, fewer places for things to break.

  • Multi-mailbox rotation
  • Warmup orchestration
  • Suppression + bounce handling
  • Reply detection · auto-pause
DASHBOARD · ONE SCREEN

One screen.

Approve copy, ship replies, watch deliverability. Everything a part-time operator needs in a single tab — not a stack of seven.

  • Reply queue · Slack-mirrored
  • Inbox health · domain warmup
  • Campaign performance · per-angle
  • Operator audit log · every action

FAQ

Common questions.

What exactly do you install?
Four trained agents (ICP, copywriter, reply, lead-list builder), a built-in sequencer, and an operator dashboard. All inside your stack — your domains, your inboxes, your DB. We also wire up deliverability, Slack triage, and the bi-directional inbox.
What do I have to pay for outside of you?
Sending infrastructure (Mailreef-class), enrichment (Apollo / Clay), and any LLM keys (OpenAI / Anthropic) you want the agents to use. You hold all of those accounts directly — we don't mark them up.
Why cold email only?
Because it's the channel where infrastructure ownership matters most and where our pattern library is deepest. We build, ship, and support cold email — full stop. A system that does one channel cleanly beats a system that does three messily.
What does the 6 months of support cover?
An always-on Slack channel for system fixes, copy reviews, deliverability triage, and campaign counsel. Bi-weekly office hours. We're your second-line engineer for the whole window — no SOWs, no per-incident billing.
Who runs it after handoff?
A part-time operator on your team. Could be a marketer, a junior SDR, or a founder who wants a few hours a week of pipeline ownership. The dashboard is built for them — not for engineers.
What happens after month 6?
You own it outright. No retainer continues. If you want us back for a refresh, an angle reset, or a CRM connector install, that's a separate fixed-fee engagement.

Twenty minutes. We'll tell you, honestly, whether an install is the right call right now — or whether you should keep renting an agency for another quarter.
